Delivery

Everman has one of the fastest delivery times of online retailers. We aim to deliver orders placed before midday by the very next working day, or latest, the work day after that.

It happens rarely, but some outlying areas may require an extra day, and together with difficult delivery locations, might incur a delivery fee.

Your order will be delivered by MDS Collivery. They will be in contact with you throughout the process and supply you with a tracking number and link. You’re welcome to contact them directly for any delivery info.

Returns

We aim to make your experience with Everman as convenient and efficient as possible. If you’re unsure of a size, fit or colour, we encourage you to order variations to try at home and send back whatever does not work for you. We’ll happily give you a full refund or store credit if you would like to order different variations to try.

The process

Simply repack the items and get in touch so that we can arrange the collection. We need to know from where, when and from whom (with their telephone number) to collect the package, and if you would like a credit or cash refund. If you would like to exchange an item, we’ll email you a refund voucher with store credit. Alternatively we can refund your bank account. The couriering and inspection of your returned items will take 2-4 working days.

The nitty gritty
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please ensure all returned items come back to us in their original condition (tried but unworn, unwashed and undamaged) with all the original packaging material.
  • We don’t expect you to refold items perfectly like a zen master, but a simple folding and careful repacking will be appreciated. A note of warning to our Sloppy Joe customers: our courier has been known to refuse the collection of a product that is not been properly packaged for transport.
  • Items can only be collected during office hours.
Damaged Items:

At Everman, each item is carefully folded and packaged by hand before they leave us to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt stating the nature of the damage, preferably with a photo thereof. We will offer an exchange (if available) or a full refund upon receipt of the returned item, including courier costs within South Africa. Excuse the hard line, but there are some Sneaky Joe’s out there that take advantage of free return and refund policies – refunds and replacements will not be issued for damaged items sent back without first informing us within 48 hours of your intention to do so and stating the reason for the return.
